Each grooming session begins with some time to get to know your pet, to learn how they respond to the grooming environment and what helps them enjoy the visit. Treats are often given, and please bring their favorites if they have sensitivities or dietary restrictions. We usually take a walk around the grooming room and allow for some sniffing and getting acquainted time. Any kennel time (such as waiting to be picked up) is met with the same intention, to make it a calm and pleasant experience, and includes special quilted pads for cooling comfort.
